How to Factory Reset Your Flashing Sign System
Overview
Quickly reset your flashing sign systems to default settings using this simple guide. Ideal for resolving setup issues or starting fresh.
Connecting to Your Sign
Download the Software:
Open the following link in your web browser: Download TC Speed Connect
Login: Use your admin credentials.
Connect to Sign:
Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and the sign is within range.
Serial: Use an RS232 serial cable.
Select Sign: On the 'Connected Sign' page, select your sign from the list.
Reset Instructions
Step 1: Access the Advanced Settings
Navigate to the 'Advanced' page within the software.
Step 2: Perform the Factory Reset
Scroll to the bottom of the 'Advanced' page.
Find and select the 'FACTORY RESET' option.
Click on 'FACTORY RESET'. This process may take a few seconds to a few minutes.

You will receive admin level access and a temporary password via email upon the initial setup. If you haven't received this or if you are unsure of your credentials, please contact customer support for assistance.
